WinCMSS User Guide

This Guide navigates you through the WinCMSS interface - setting up your application, running models, and reporting results. It also contains a User Guide to NEXSYS, a stand-alone companion product to assist you derive generation rates.

The Guide contains an extensive bibliography of CMSS references documenting its development, its role as a policy analysis tool, applications, its architecture, and derivation of generation rates.

This workbook contains tutorials that build land use and land management policies and policy sets. it also contains a description of the South Creek/Nepean application that is distributed with WinCMSS and underpins the tutorials.
