Any modern web browser may be used to access the online database.

The system requirements for the analyser software include: i) the users to have administrator access to install the software; ii) a PC capable of running MS Windows XP SP2 or later (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server); iii) installation of the .NET Framework 4.0 (users will be prompted to install it if not already installed on their PC).

Connectivity

The presence of a firewall on a user's network may cause problems if the analyser software is used to communicate with online databases. If users experience such problems, they can provide custom proxy details for Eco Evidence communication to use by modifying the EcoEvidence.config file (located in the installation directory).

Any further communication problems should be reported to the eWater CRC Toolkit manager.
