Modified Makefile.topog which had incorrect path settings which would cause problems for compilation. Easily fixed, but this one would be easier for the Unix newcomers.

Topog has been developed over about 10 years, beginning in the early 1990's. The development was led by Dr Rob Vertessy, and included Warrick Dawes, Tom Hatton, Richard Silberstein, Craig Beverly, David Short, Tony Butt, Joel Rahman, amongst others. The Topog Online web page was developed by Dan Figucio and Vivek Arora.
