EMSS User Guide 1.4

This version of the User Guide has the following changes:

  1. Fixed several typos
  2. NOTE: TIMEGIS is now called "Visual TIME".
  3. Fixed the file format in section 7.7.6, Point Source Pollutants (weighting parameter)
  4. Added section 9, Calibration of SIMHYD in EMSS.

Note that there are three additional programs needed for deriving SIMYD parameters. These will be uploaded soon.
